How long does it take to complete a website project?
The timeline for website projects varies depending on the complexity and size. Typically, we aim to complete most projects within 4 to 8 weeks, but we’ll provide a specific timeline during the onboarding process.
Are there any design services you don't offer?
Yes, we focus on specific areas of design. ReachBeyond does not cover 3D modeling, animated graphics (such as GIFs), document design (like medical forms), complex packaging projects, extensive print design (including magazines and books), or Adobe InDesign documents.
What is your refund policy if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Given the high-quality nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. However, we strive for client satisfaction and will work closely with you to ensure your needs are met throughout the process.
